Description:
As our B2B Brand & Advertising Manager, you'll help position the SSE Energy Customer Solutions brands (SSE Airtricity in Ireland/NI and SSE Energy Solutions in GB), as supplier of choice in their relevant markets. In this role you will:
- Develop and execute integrated brand and tactical campaigns. Includes planning, briefing, approvals and delivery of all related creative, copy, content development requirements across the full media channel mix.
- Support SSE’s brand storytelling internally and externally, ensuring messaging is always consistent and on-brand for B2B customers for the SSE Airtricity brand (Ireland/NI) & SSE Energy Solutions (GB).
- Ongoing review of the business customer journey, all in-market communications and customer touchpoint communications to enhance brand visibility and values (expertise, thought leadership, authority, quality, etc) and optimising conversion.
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies and other internal teams including Creative, Media, PR, Procurement, etc to ensure that all campaigns are integrated and deliver against KPIs (includes awareness, consideration and lead generation), budget and delivery lead-times.
- Coordinate budget and timelines for all campaigns and effectively communicate activation plans to internal and external customers/stakeholders.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns from concept to delivery across the full media mix, with competency in marketing performance management and on-going campaign optimisation.
- A background managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Digital B2B experience with the ability to execute new ideas and innovate existing marketing strategies.
- Prior experience of running integrated communications programmes and the ability to run sizable projects and work streams.
- A demonstrable understanding of brand value, its contribution to commercial performance and strong business acumen.
