Brand Executive HIV
We are currently looking to hire a HIV Brand Executive to join the Commercial Team in Dublin. The HIV Brand Executive will have responsibility for the lifecycle management of the mature HIV portfolio worth €13million and niche specialty assets. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in pharmaceutical sale and marketing.
In this role you will
Manage the lifecycle of the mature HIV portfolio and niche specialty brands, ensuring delivery of the portfolio's key financial objectives.
Engage, build relationships and work closely with internal (local and above country) and external stakeholders, to ensure alignment of objectives, strategy, and deliverables.
Define and execute multichannel initiatives for the HIV portfolio and when necessary, the specialty business unit.
Manage portfolio challenges & opportunities including stock shortages, regulatory updates, SKU and product launches, discontinuations and portfolio adjustments, including where new brands may be added to the role profile (subject to local business needs).
Work cross-functionally on life-cycle management of assigned brands as required e.g. with commercial/ medical/quality/regulatory/supply teams
Manage any assigned budget in line with broader operational planning/brand planning process in the HIV and specialty portfolio as directed.
Assist other commercial team members where necessary promoting a strong team ethic across the HIV and Specialty portfolio and team.
Continually monitor sales, brand performance and market share for the HIV portfolio and make appropriate recommendations ensuring rapid course correction are implemented as needed.
Be responsible and accountable for aligning and delivering consistent monthly forecasts through excellent execution, ensuring continuity of supply is maintained within market.
Have the scope to develop in role and onboard further brand responsibilities if required by the local business needs.
