My Client is a leading Tech/ Finance Organisation who – from small beginnings in 2012- have grown by 10-15% year on year; doubling it’s turnover and due to continued growth and a new spin off venture with a focus on organising prestigious events, are now looking for a Brand Manager to join the Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all assets align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image & tone of voice across all communications.
- Lead internal team in the execution of engaging and impactful campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and web.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive Digital & E-commerce marketing strategies to promote the company's services, events and sub-brands. (The digital marketing aspect will be outsourced to a 3rd Party )
- Be responsible for leading a number of high profile events and be heavily involved in leading pre and post event follow ups.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, and emerging opportunities to develop new revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise opportunities.
- Analyse and report on the performance of all digital, e-comm & event marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for budget management and control and develop effective post-campaign and post-launch analysis, recommending optimisations and enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative ideas.
- Proven experience (a minimum of 3 plus years) Brand Management with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and Ad campaigns
- Demonstrate expertise in data analysis and using analytics tools to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Clear communication skills are essential and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
