Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

This role will require a highly capable individual with passion to immerse themselves and learn quickly so that they can impact the brand’s delivery of its key growth pillars. The main responsibilities of this role will be:
 

  • Aiding the creation of the 2024 /2025 Keelings Brand Strategy, supported by the SBM/CMD
  • Growing our digital reach and engagement, working closely with and further embedding our agencies
  • Growing our brand reach by developing our annual campaigns to increase awareness and engage consumers
  • Supporting managing consumer events such as Bloom Continual performance analysis, staying informed of issues and addressing them accordingly
  • Working alongside our Development Manager to deliver new products or adapt existing products to the market that are worthy of our brand and our consumers
     

Person Specification and Technical Competencies
 

  • Passionate about marketing, branding and the food industry
  • Three years+ branded marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or food industry
  • Demonstrates great knowledge and understanding of consumers insight and will have strong interest in staying informed of external trends and developments that may affect our brand
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels across the business with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrates great knowledge and understanding of consumer insight
  • Strong Project Management Skills & ability to prioritise.
