Our colleagues in the Marketing team are looking for a new Brand Manager – Kids Portfolio. This is a 12 month fixeed term contract

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to deliver for some of our biggest, iconic, fun brands such as Coco Pops and Rice Krispies. You will join a diverse breakfast team where you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our kids portfolio, supporting the creation and execution of our strategic masterplans, while working with European markets on delivering exceptional results.

  • Brand Performance: Identify, diagnose, and solve brand level performance by market.
  • Brand Planning: Support the marketing manager with setting the strategic direction for the brands, taking input from markets, identifying key consumer insights and opportunities to determine priorities.
  • Brand Communication: Developing and supporting distinctive brand communication plans across Europe with consistent and powerful positioning.
  • Product Innovation: Supporting cross-functional teams to turn ideas into products that deliver on brand strategy.
  • Growing the Core: Working (often leading) cross functional teams to identify bottom line saving opportunities that driver the profitability agenda.
  • Marketing Experience – product innovation and brand management experience; familiarity with the product development process and communications development process; brand development experience to ensure familiarity with brand equity tools, communications, media mix.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills are required to drive internal alignment (e.g. cross functionally, markets) and to bring to life and communicate the brand vision to multifunctional teams, creating collective energy to realize brand goals
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Strong focus on results and deliver with excellence – Make It Happen Mindset
  • Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to build and manage “long distance” and virtual relationships is essential.
