Building Management Systems Engineer

Elusav Recruitment has a great opportunity for a high caliber BMS Engineer based in Dublin with a leading Building Services Solutions Provider. BMS engineer must be of high caliber as is the nature of works be undertaken with experience in ABB Cylon Controls.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) with many varied customers.
• Respond to breakdown and callout requests.
• Identify opportunities for project and energy-saving initiatives and liaise with the BMS Service Manager for pricing recommended works.
• Work will involve commissioning, repair and maintenance of Building Management Systems.
• Must be familiar with and be able to adhere to site rules and Health & Safety policies.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Experienced in ABB Cylon systems
• Electrical knowledge
• Mechanical/HVAC knowledge
