Description:
This role will form part of a team providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and organization of the sales centres.
The successful candidate will be energized by working within a global, highly diverse, fast-paced, and complex work environment.
This role would suit somebody who will enjoy working as part of the larger administration team on EMEA-wide projects and events but is equally happy to work independently with their designated sales teams and directors. Experience in project planning and event management is an advantage, working with multiple stakeholders.
Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?
• Calendar management with attention to details, accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to the leader’s priorities and commitments.
• Planning and coordination of complex domestic and international travel itineraries
• Timely and accurate reconciliation of expenses.
• Coordination and logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events including All Employee meetings, Morale Events, Team Training and Leadership Offsites.
• Engaging actively with the Business Admin Team, participating in the onboarding of new members, and sharing best practices.
• Proven professional approach to dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
• Pro-actively participate in any special projects as requested by the Lead Admin.
