Business Analyst

Description:

To be a key part of the Customer Credit Reporting Operational Team which resides within one of the most advanced areas of the Bank covering all portfolios with Republic of Ireland and UK. As a member of the Customer Credit Reporting Operational Team you will deliver critical business and regulatory analysis.

In this role, you will:

• Analyse customer data intended for submission/storage at the CCR
• Investigate and resolve customer queries requiring engagement with a wide range of internal and external partners
• Be responsible to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
• Work with business divisions and partners ensuring good working relationships
