Role purpose:
- Perform a key role in the understanding of business requirements and enabling these to be delivered against, by our wider Technology teams.
- Deepen early business stakeholder engagement, providing direct support in shaping Ideas as they progress through the initial Idea assessment phase, as they move into formal Assessment.
- Key support, guidance & coordination throughout Idea assessment and Solution Shaping with our Business and will hold a key role in the mobilisation of ideas across Mobile, Fixed and Digital services.
- To act as the liaison between Business units, the IT department and in some instances the IT vendors;
- To work within Transformational projects/ programmes ensuring the Business and relevant Technology requirements are mapped-out and understood.
- Specifically assisting in Operational support requirements, tracing business logic for underlying technical solutions/ customer flows.
- Champion the inclusion of best practises and continuous improvement activities within the team
- Maintain an awareness of opportunities provided by new technology and drive innovative thinking and solution design
We Are Looking For You, If You Have:
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Have a 3rd Level qualification in IT or a related discipline
- A thorough knowledge of Telecoms products and CRM Systems.
- Have experience working on Amdocs BSS Platform and Amdocs Product Catalogue changes
- Solid understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
- Ability to operate in rapidly changing and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong vendor management experience
- Experience of Agile Methodologies an advantage, Product backlog management and Agile Delivery Planning
- Ability to quickly gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the existing Vodafone application
