The Role: To facilitate the continuing growth and development of their business they are looking to hire a Business Developer to cover the counties: Dublin, Meath, Monaghan, Louth, Cavan, North Wicklow, Kildare. Reporting to the Commercial Director of Garden Care this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to play a significant role in the commercial development of an established and growing company and in a key territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining established customer accounts with a focus on identifying further business opportunities with existing customers.

• Identify new market opportunities with a program to deliver sales and margin growth as well as new customer development with specific targets for delivery outlined.

• Debtor management and credit control

• Activating marketing campaigns in store

• Developing area business plans with the Commercial Director and execution of these business plans in meeting company objectives

• In store staff training programs

• Supporting in-store customer open days, liaising with customers and providing product advice
