My Client is a leading Irish FMCG Organization who have experienced phenomenal growth in the last 10 years ( tripled their growth revenue and doubled their employee numbers) and due to the current Account Manager who will be retiring , they are now looking for a Business Developer to join the Team. My Client has over 100 brands- some of which are their own brands; others have been brand principles for many years and this role will predominantly cover the Galway region.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Achievement of distribution, display, pricing, brand growth and customer support package objectives
· To clearly identify opportunities with the end user channel that can be realised through working closely with the end user customer
· The development of these end user opportunities through effective call planning and call execution
· Effective relationship generation and management with customer sales teams to identify and capitalise on end user opportunities
· Effectively measuring and reporting back on the tangible impact of converting these end user opportunities through the company CRM platform
For this role, you must have 1- 2years Foodservices domestic experience in either a Business Development or Sales Rep position.
