Business Development Director

You would be responsible to sell their market leading revenue-based finance solution to ‘new name’ Healthcare customers both directly and in collaboration with partners to achieve and exceed associated sales targets.

You will need to have sufficient financial and business literacy to be able to develop compelling value propositions for owners and senior executives in SME to mid-market companies and be able to demonstrate the determination necessary to build a sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle.

As you’ll be one of the founding Business Development members in Australia, you will have the chance to be the face of the company in Sydney and manage your own team of sales execs within 18 months, or you can stay as an individual contributor if you prefer.

Some attributes that would set you up for success:

  • Unwavering sales belief
  • Ideally have 3-5 year track record in selling complex financial products to the FD/CFO levels, and looking for a new challenge.
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Ability to pick up the phone, network, and think outside the box
  • A degree would be preferable but NOT essential
  • Financial literacy (non-expert) and ability to understand key trends and drivers in business accounting and finance.
  • Experience in selling to C-suite or Business owners is essential
  • Tenacity, hunger, confidence, and energy.
