Business Development Manager Education Services: Dublin
- Reporting to the Director, you will responsible for identifying, managing and implementing effective talent recruitment strategies that will deliver against targets for talent from core portfolio of international regions.
- Researching and evaluating new commercial opportunities.
- International travel will be a requirement in this role. At least 30% to Asia. This is an English speaking role!
- Represent the brand to candidates and stakeholders in Ireland and overseas
- Develop, and manage effective agent relationships on an ongoing basis
- Work collaboratively with Marketing & Administration teams by delivering effective lead generation strategies. Following up on each and every lead and application to drive conversions.
- Developing strategies to target new international talent from target markets.
- Undertake direct marketing activities to increase recruitment
- Attend open events, Information Sessions, Fairs, Exhibitions and Agent Conferences as part of the recruitment process
- Review market trends and identify opportunities by research and evaluate opportunities
- Must have a very strong commercial acumen with proven ability to identify and research new business opportunities and communicate same.
- Over four years’ experience in a role with a demonstrable track record of meeting recruitment and commercial targets
- Proven ability to identify and win new business within a b2b and b2c environment
