Description:
This is a new role, reporting to the director of sales and marketing. Your role will be to develop relationships and business opportunities with finance and management teams in Medium and Large Enterprises throughout Ireland and other markets as appropriate, using marketing, outbound and networking channels. You will generate qualified leads and close sales which deliver great value and service for the client, building our brand’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Identify profitable business opportunities and use outbound call, email, and social media and networking strategies to reach and convert key decision-makers in medium and large companies
- Effectively use digital prospecting, lead generation and CRM tools such as Hubspot and Sales Navigator to reach and convert clients
- Use Account-Based Marketing strategies to develop relationships and agree strategies which best serve the client
- Contribute to the creation of digital sales and marketing collateral that accurately responds to the needs of the client companies
- Analyse competitive offerings and contribute to the creation of a range of services and commitments to quality and performance which allow us to establish a reputation for efficiency, accuracy and reliability
- Partner with the Cloud Service Teams to structure and deliver services that match the needs of the client’s finance, administration and management teams
- Assist in creating sales, pricing and marketing strategies
- Create sales and margin forecasts
- Consult with clients on their needs and negotiate new contracts and service level agreements
Requirements
- At least 3 years proven success in outbound business development
- Proven history of achieving sales and margin targets
- Knowledge of current sales trends, best practices and methodologies in the outsourcing industry
- Demonstrated ability to cold outreach to prospects and consult with them regarding their outsourcing needs
- Excellent communication skills
