Business Development Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Leinster. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. While the role is based in Dublin, there is flexibility for some remote work.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of the multi-utility, infrastructure, or construction sectors
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
