Description:
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Managers from whole Europe for a business line focused on utility-scale PV projects to lead our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing partnerships and securing deals within the large-scale solar sector, focusing on construction companies (EPCs), IPPs, developers, etc.
- Creating and implementing a dynamic sales strategy to drive business growth and surpass revenue targets
- Building and nurturing top-tier relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Offering expert guidance on our solar products and solutions, with technical expertise being highly valued
- Spearheading market development efforts in your designated region.
- Vigilantly analyzing market trends, monitoring competitors, and negotiating contracts to stay ahead of the curve
- Providing comprehensive sales forecasts, detailed reports, and insightful market research findings
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to achieve shared goals
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' proven track record in sales, preferably within the photovoltaics or renewable energy industry
- Strong business acumen and fluency in English language (must-have)
- Technical proficiency and in-depth knowledge of PV products are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed to nurture client relationships and explore new business opportunities
- High energy levels, a positive outlook, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
