Join us as a IoT Business Development Manager
This role offers the opportunity to be part of Ireland’s most successful IOT solution provider. As a member of a dynamic innovative team, you will be responsible for the growth and success of our IOT partners in the UK and other countries bringing Three’s solutions to customers. You will lead new business opportunities to drive IoT business growth. This role requires a passion for sales, working with partners to provide a great customer experience and business outcomes using technology.

**Please note this role will require regular travel to the UK**

  • Meet and exceed key revenue, retention, customer satisfaction and new business targets.
  • Acquire new key customers and partners that will deliver significant revenue and margin.
  • Qualify and develop a pipeline with the partners sufficient to achieve and overachieve business targets.
  • Working closely with prospects and customers to identify, qualify, and quantify opportunities to increase business within account base.
  • Identify, qualify, and quantify potential threats to accounts and commend and implement action plans.
  • Build strong contacts across customer base and understand what is important to their business so that meaningful relationships can be developed and loyalty to Three increased.
  • Work with multinational and complex sales teams to support the commercial processes, with focus on the client’s technical needs and taking part in technical solution definition.
  • Develop virtual support team through networking within Three Ireland to ensure that your accounts receive the support they require (e.g. work with Finance, Product, Technology, Business sales, Technical support, Business solutions, CRM, Wholesale, IT etc.).
  • Take ownership of customer issues and use initiative when problem solving - make things happen.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business and expected connections and revenues to enable accurate forecasting.
  • Understand and keep up to date on the latest developments within IoT that would affect our customers.
  • Develop customer account plans in line with Three’s sales methodology.
