Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market share and build long-term relationships with key retail partners, clinics, and distributors.
- Appropriate customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed business aims and targets whilst carefully managing personal time and productivity and leading to long term sustainable relationships.
- Relevant internal liaison to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. Respond to and follow up sales opportunities using appropriate and timely methods.
- Be aware of competitor developments and activity and feedback relevant information to management.
- Activities including face to face meetings within territory and accounts within agreed budgets and timescales resulting in increased sales.
Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
