Qualify and develop a pipeline sufficient to achieve business targets.
Acquire key new customers that will deliver significant revenue and margin.
Meet and exceed key revenue, retention, customer satisfaction and new business targets.
Working closely with prospects and customers to identify, qualify, and quantify opportunities to increase IoT business.
Identify, qualify, and quantify potential threats to accounts and commend and implement action plans.
Build strong contacts across prospect and customer bases, understand what is important to their business so that meaningful relationships can be developed and loyalty to Three increased.
Work with Three’s internal IoT team to support the commercial processes, with focus on the client’s technical needs and taking part in technical solution definition.
Develop virtual support team through networking within Three Ireland to ensure that your accounts receive the support they require (e.g. work with Finance, Product, Technology, Business sales, Technical support, Business solutions, CRM, Wholesale, IT etc.).
Take ownership of customer issues and use initiative when problem solving - make things happen.
Work closely with customers to understand their business, how IoT solutions can help their business, expected IoT business and revenues to enable accurate forecasting.
Understand and keep up to date on the latest developments within IoT that would affect our customers.
Develop customer account plans in line with Three’s sales methodology.
Minimum 5 years B2B sales or B2B customer account management experience.
Experience working in a professional corporate environment, B2B / B2B2C with a good knowledge of the telecoms and IoT / M2M markets.
Knowledge of the IOT market in the UK with a track record of successfully selling in that market.
Knowledge of IoT solutions, across sectors and the value they bring.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets in enterprise market.
Experience of winning and developing international business customers.
Excellent influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent Interpersonal, networking and communication skills - ability to communicate at all business levels.
Experience of winning, managing, and developing IoT business with enterprises.
Innovative and creative throughout the sales process. A desire to find solutions to problems and meet all customers’ requirements whilst understanding the commitment to deliver all that is confirmed in a proposal.
Possess excellent time and priority management skills. A proven record of the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities / projects at the same time.
Previous experience in managing virtual teams and the ability to engage successfully.
Strong administrative and reporting skills.
Full clean drivers licence.
