Reporting to the Global BDR Manager, the Business Development Representative (BDR), is the front line of our business and often the first point of contact for prospects. This vital role involves engaging potential clients, identifying their needs, and driving interest in our solutions. You'll develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, collaborate with sales teams, and use innovative strategies to convert prospects into valuable business opportunities. This dynamic and responsible position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote role based in the US. Flexibility is required to work with our Sales and Marketing teams across various time zones (PST, EST, GMT, and CET).

Responsibilities
 

  • Generate new business pipeline through prospecting inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Schedule discovery calls for an assigned Sales Director
  • Able to leverage data to ensure that SLA’s and KPI’s are hit daily.
  • Stay current on modern demand generation and sales tactics, recommending strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors on strategy and execution of regional growth outreach objectives to drive revenue.
  • Research and leverage data to enrich account data and build targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and monitor account outreach.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across Marketing and Sales to ensure all external communication is consistent with brand and messaging guidelines.
     

About You
 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in demand generation, business development, inside sales, and/or sales with a focus on lead generation.
  • Hunter mindset that understand the importance of cold calling, emails and social selling.
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Autonomy and ability to make things happen without supervision
  • Interest in building career in Tech Sales
  • The desire and motivation to be working in a fast-paced environment, achieving targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role
