Business Development Representative

 

Description:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a key role in the companies growth across the EMEA market. This is a fast-paced sales role focused on converting leads, driving revenue, and building pipeline for the wider sales team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales to new clients within EMEA.
  • Convert inbound leads (MQLs) into high-value opportunities.
  • Engage with channel partners to optimize revenue.
  • Upsell existing customers to larger subscriptions.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Groove, Clari CoPilot & Clay to track and manage sales activity.

 

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Fluency in English; an additional EU language is a plus..
  • A driven, results-focused mindset – you own your success and push outside your comfort zone.
  • Strong communication skills – comfortable selling via phone, email, and video.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Groove, or Clari CoPilot (a big advantage).
  • Based in Dublin, available to work in-office 3 days per week.
