Have the opportunity to work closely with SAP's Fortune 500 customers. Deliver both onsite and remote services from the Premium Engagement portfolio, advising customers on SAP's Best Practises to achieve Customer Success. Work on analysing and optimising core business processes for your respective functional area. Deliver functional or technical root cause analysis and provide solutions. Act as believed advisor to customers and guide them through their implementation projects. Deliver services for MaxAttention, Active Embedded and Mission Critical Support (escalations & task forces, MCS Backoffice) including Design Evaluation, Gap Validation, Performance Optimization, Assessment, Technical Integration/Validation, Empowering trainings/workshops and Engineering Services. Assume the role of De-Escalation Architect for mission critical or business down scenarios.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong business acumen, customer facing experience, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- 4+ years’ of functional experience in some (or all) of the following Ariba modules; Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Supplier Risk, Sourcing & Contract Management, Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), Procurement (Buying & Invoicing (procure-to-pay), Buying (procure-to-order), Catalog, Guided Buying) with implementation and hands-on experience with end-to-end business process knowledge including S/4HANA integration.
- Understanding of overall Intelligent Spend Management suite, ability to gather business requirements and provide SAP Best Practise recommendations.
- Alternatively, 6+ years’ experience in ECC Materials Management and S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement capabilities: Operational Purchasing, Sourcing & Contract Management, Inventory Management, Invoice & Payables Management, Supplier Management, Procurement Analytics.
- MM/S4 Procurement functional knowledge as well as MM user exits and BADIs is a must.
- MM/S4 Procurement performance analysis and optimization with a deep knowledge of MM data model and experience with ABAP on HANA is required.
- Technical workflow expertise is advantage.
- ABAP debugging skills are a plus.
- SAP Certifications are a plus.
- Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), Extension Studio, APIs knowledge is a plus.
- Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), Business Partner Design knowledge is a plus.
