The Premium Hub CoE Ireland Platform & Extensions team works on the SAP Business Technology Platform, Extensibility and Innovation areas for SAP Premium Engagement customers across the globe. The team are technical experts on all aspects of SAP Business Technology Platform with a focus on the SAP Extension Suite and development on the platform. We work with SAPs largest customers through SAP Premium Engagement/MaxAttention delivering pre-packaged services and acting as a trusted advisor during our customers transition to the cloud.

• Deliver both onsite and remote services from the Premium Engagement portfolio to some of SAPs biggest customers around the world.

• Empower customers with hands on, face-to-face workshops covering SAP’s BTP and innovation topics.

• Participate in design thinking and exploratory workshops with customers to validate, criticize and ultimately realize ideas and use cases for innovation.

• Assume the role of De-Escalation Architect for mission critical or business down scenarios.

• Act as trusted advisor to our biggest customers and guide them through their implementation projects in the cloud and innovation space.

• Support development, proof of concept and configuration services for the Business Technology Platform.

• Drive new initiatives to increase our knowledge and footprint with new products and technologies in an ever-changing cloud world.

• Identify opportunities to increase SAPs involvement with a customer and position services to fill these gaps and meet the customers need

• Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering related field.

• Solid experience in software development/consulting working in a dynamic team environment.

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or Cloud Foundry Runtime and knowledge of the capabilities of the platform.

• Hands on development experience with Java, JavaScript/Ui5, Node.js or ABAP. Ideally using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) or ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP)

• Experience with the SAP Extension Suite & SAP Business Application Studio

• Knowledge of Side-by-Side extensibility concepts with hands on experience building extensions to SAP LoB solutions.

• Experience with SAP Conversational AI or iRPA is desirable

• Strong business acumen, customer facing experience, and presentation skills.
