Business Project Manager

As a member of the Investment Operations Strategic Enablement Team, you will be part of a global team of project managers delivering project management expertise and strategic consultation to our global partners to achieve their business outcomes. The Strategic Enablement Project Management Center of Excellence is a highly collaborative and engaged team responsible for managing longer-term transformational initiatives focused on advancing Investment Operations strategic priorities.

In this role you will
 

• Manages a project with limited scope or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensure IOPS project goals are aligned with the overall department strategy and business needs.
• Communicate project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
• Build and maintains effective relationships. Proactively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders.
• Develops project plans to address tactical objectives. Develops task plans and schedules, delegates effectively, and manages the work of others. Identifies and documents project risks.
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
