This is an opportunity to join a Global Banking institution as a Senior Java Developer in their Calypso division. This is an international company with a big-scale complex system that's been on Irish soil for years - continuing its profitable streak and currently going through a growth period.

The organization is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join their Calypso team. They are looking for a candidate experienced in Java, Linux, relational databases and messaging middleware (RabbitMQ / Kafka, etc.) with a passion for coding, unit testing, planning and design.

This Senior Java Developer role is best suited for an experienced developer/engineer who enjoys working in a technically challenging environment and comes from a banking/trade management/capital markets background.

You will:

• Utilize your development expertise to work on CPAS development projects
• Collaborate with and mentor the software engineering team in a flexible and diverse environment
• Collaborate with technical and solution architects, business analysts and product management

Skills/Experience

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in Java, Linux, relational databases and messaging middleware
• 5+ years of experience in the industry (preferably within Compliance, AML or Risk)
