Description:
The Campaigns Executive plays a vital role in the organisation, as you will proactively lead and support the management of key fundraising campaigns for Children’s Health Foundation. As an example, this could include but is not limited to, our Car and Christmas raffle and Trick or Treat Christmas Jumper Day and the Great Irish Bake fundraising campaigns.
You will report directly to the Campaigns Manager and will be responsible for delivering excellence in campaigns operations; supporter care and ensuring the highest standard delivery of our fundraising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet income level targets set and see opportunities to grow income levels from both individual and campaign supporters
- You will have the opportunity to lead on recruitment acquisition of key target audiences and manage supporter journeys
- Identify and drive advertising, marketing, and sales channels to successfully recruit new supporters while always ensuring that existing supporters are retained through comprehensive retention plans
- Work with suppliers and agencies to deliver optimal campaign materials
- Be a proactive team player who will undertake additional project work as assigned
- Respond promptly to supporter queries via all channels and ensure consistency of supporter communications and messages across all channels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records on the database and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy policies
- Work closely with our internal communications team on the recruitment messages and campaign materials to ensure consistent tone of voice and adherence to our brand guidelines
- Deliver specific campaigns and event budgets as directed by the Campaigns Manager
- Collect KPI data and proactively report on performance, using the findings to help inform the development of fundraising campaigns
- Work closely with colleagues within the team to foster a team culture that is results driven, encourages accountability, innovation, kindness towards and support for colleagues, with a commitment to continuous learning and a creative approach to problem solving
- Constantly keep track of and monitor the external fundraising environment to identify new opportunities
