Description:
The Campus Energy Officer will plan, regulate and monitor the energy and utility use across all of the Estate.
The role will lead on efficiency improvements and carbon management by monitoring and evaluating energy and utility usage and implement policies, changes and projects to achieve carbon reduction targets against the University’s annual utilities expenditure.
Working as a key member of the Estates & Facilities Management (E&FM) Department, you will initially report to and be supported by the Technical Services Manager and will be required to employ an innovative approach to monitoring energy consumption and expenditure. You will also identify energy and water saving opportunities, progress related projects and support a programme of works to realise energy, water and carbon saving opportunities across the University.
