- Your peer group typically have a 2.1 honours degree in Business, HR or a similar discipline.

- Involved in the end to end graduate recruitment and student programmes process to ensure an impeccable candidate experience.
- Marketing/social media, coordinating campus recruitment events, attracting and sourcing suitable candidates, screening candidates, overseeing interview scheduling, contracts, managing offers and acceptances, overseeing on-boarding, filing, and general stakeholder and candidate management.
- Build strong and impactful relationships with candidates and internal/external stakeholders quickly.
- Represent KPMG at graduate recruitment careers fairs, talks and other events during the year across the Republic of Ireland and Belfast.
- Develop key relationships with the KPMG Business School, Marketing and IT to ensure a smooth on-boarding for candidates.
- Any other duties and projects that arise within the college recruitment remit.
