Description:

Minimum five years’ relevant experience with, at least three in a healthcare management post. Experience of operating within a planning and programme management role and / or function within a multi stakeholder environment utilizing some or all of the relevant disciplines including: Project Management Staff Management Project Delivery Risk and Issue Management Resource Demand & Supply Planning Change Management Stakeholder Management. Experience of managing and working collaboratively and cross functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to this role. Desirable Criteria: Delivering change management/ transformation projects. Experience working in and leading a team in a complex environment. Previous operations management experience. Experience in implementing change projects. Experience of managing budgets (pay & non pay). Knowledge of complex ICT systems. A relevant 3rd level qualification (minimum Level 7) in a relevant discipline.
