Description:

Trinity Business School (TBS) seeks to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, proactive, professional, and self-motivated individual to join the growing TBS Careers & Community Team as Career Consultant.

The TBS Careers & Community Team is responsible for:

1. Consulting with diverse postgraduate business students and alumni to enable them to secure employment at appropriate levels;

2. Advancing the School’s performance in international business school rankings;

3. Growing employer engagement;

4. Developing relations with our alumni community.

Improving the international ranking performance of TBS is a key part of the 2021-2026 TBS Strategy. The TBS Careers & Community Team is crucial to ensuring TBS makes ranking progress as the career outcomes and satisfaction of recent graduates and alumni account for approximately 50-60% of the rankings. Key performance indicators of the role include criteria used by the international accreditations and rankings bodies, including but not limited to The Economist and The Financial Times rankings.

Hours of Post: Full time, 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 Salary Scale (€ 50,981 - €59,902 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.

Post status: Permanent Contract
