Change Management Lead

 

Description:

The role owner has the responsibility to integrate the various global change initiatives into a comprehensive local agenda, considering the local organizational change readiness and local organizational and cultural specifics. This role enables business value realization by focusing on people-centric change.

The Change Management Lead will use the Novartis change methodology, including organization diagnostics and systems thinking, stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness assessments, storytelling, change communication and change leadership development.

Major Accountabilities

  • Define and drive the local change agenda for the NGSC Dublin and the supported countries across key Novartis Business Services (NBS)-enabled programs. This requires a high level of collaboration with global program change teams, the communications, HR and site strategy and operations leaders
  • Drive the implementation of change interventions: stakeholder assessments, change leadership alignments, coaching, trainings, and change workshops
  • Build and lead the community of change agents, conduct frequent change effectiveness monitoring and change readiness assessments and leverage insights to enhance the change agenda
