Our client, a global and one of the leading consultancy firms is currently hiring for a Change Manager in Dublin on a permanent basis.
The role you will be responsible for leading and supporting change management initiatives for clients. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies, plans, and processes to facilitate successful transitions, improve organisational readiness, and drive the adoption of change.
The Role
- Develop and refine change management strategies and plans tailored to meet the needs of clients.
- Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships with them to ensure their active participation and support throughout the change process.
- Work with the wider project team to achieve client requirements.
- Assess the potential impact of changes on various aspects of the organisation.
- Create comprehensive communication plans to inform, engage, and educate employees and stakeholders about upcoming changes.
- Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to adapt to the changes effectively.
- Identify and address sources of resistance to change, and develop strategies to mitigate or manage resistance effectively.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and adoption of change initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and refine change management strategies based on feedback, lessons learned, and evolving project needs.
- Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
The Person
- 4+ years of experience in change management consulting
- Professional certification in change management
- Knowledge of various change management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong project management skills.
- Client focused and strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of an organisation.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
