- Excellent leadership, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- 10+ years of consistent track record of working in sophisticated technology projects.
- Solid background in technology and understanding how it can be used to help our customers.
- Shown experience leading cross functional development squads
- Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with a growth mentality and a desire to collaborate effectively with key business and technology partners across the company
- Experience working in an Agile software development framework
- You have excellent communication and influencing skills and can cultivate a fun, collaborative and upbeat team environment
