Chief Technical Officer

Description:

The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) supports the teaching and research activities of the School of Biochemistry and Immunology by managing the technical services and resources of the school. This is a managerial role with a high level of responsibility for ensuring compliance, quality, safety, efficiency and value for money in the delivery of high-quality technical services. In addition to being the line manager for the technical staff, the CTO also works closely with the academic staff to promote and enable the academic mission of the school and university, namely to deliver world-class teaching and research.
