Description:

The CTO – Learning Spaces is a role within the university’s ICT Facilities team in the IT Services department. The post holder reports to the ICT Facilities Manager. The CTO is a key member of ICT Facilities team and will supervise staff from the team who assist in managing Learning Spaces. The ICT Facilities Team works closely with the IT Services Service Desk, Teaching & Learning IT and Infrastructure and Operations Teams along with the Service Delivery Manager and colleagues in the Estates & Facilities directorate, Academic Registry and the Central Timetabling Unit
