My client, who has a proven track record in the tech-start-up world, has just developed a revolutionary tech solution. They are harnessing the use of the most modern frameworks (Flutter), combined with video, VR and AI to build a product that helps to improve engagement, efficiency and happiness when working from home, which is something that the vast majority of people now feel incredibly passionate about!

My client has spent the last 6 months in stealth mode putting together a formidable senior management team consisting of ex-silicon valley developers. Now they are looking for a creative and skilful CTO with experience in full-stack development to join the team.

The role will allow you to have free rein and autonomy with this incredible product, as well as the opportunity to influence culture and build a team around you.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 2+ years of engineering management experience in a high-growth start-up or medium-sized product-focused tech company.
• Minimum of 4+ years of excellent full-stack experience using technologies such as React Native, JavaScript, Node.js, Java.
• Exposure or experience with Flutter and Dart is preferred
• Proven experience designing and building scalable enterprise software, ideally in a start-up environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers to guide their professional, technical and personal development
• Appetite for experimenting with new technologies and tools to drive innovation and creativity
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to have fun!
