Description:
My client is the leading building and civil engineering company in Ireland and due to their continued growth and success, they are hiring a civils foreman to work on a large scale project in North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and report on sub-contractor's performance.
- Reporting to the Site Agent, the Civil Foreperson will be responsible for overseeing all general civils work activities on-site.
- Monitor the project activities progress in accordance with the agreed project schedule, progress.
- Working closely with H&S to ensure a safe, compliant, efficient site.
- Deliver clear direction to direct staff and subcontractors ensuring a motivated, positive work environment.
- You would be a key person, skills and progress manager, responsible for the project activities from planning to completion.
Essential Requirements:
- 4+ years in a Civil Foreman/Forewoman/Foreperson position working on building and civil projects
- Fully qualified trades person in construction trade.
- Enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic, ability to work well using initiative, problem solving when required.
