This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time permanent position, where you'll have the chance to directly report to the Claims Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service while you capture critical data during the notification stage

- Manage all incoming communication and handle incoming correspondence from various parties – assessors, garages, injuries board etc.

- Conduct initial investigations of claims and negotiate claim settlements.

- Lead your personal performance target and work as a part of a team to make sure team targets are achieved too.

Your profile:

- Experience in Personal Injury claims handling in Motor, PL or EL.

- APA qualified minimum

- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

- Positive attitude and high motivation to be part of this team
