The ideal Clerk of Works / Site Inspector will bring a strong commitment to excellence throughout all stages of the project, particularly during the technical construction and on-site phases. A confident professional with experience across the RIAI project stages will be highly valued.

The team is looking for someone who enjoys being out on site, actively involved in the construction phases of projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the work is being executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and Irish building regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Quality control – alignment with design and industry standards
• Site inspections and monitoring progress
• Documentation and Reporting issues
• Facilitating communication between clients, architects, and contractors
• Identifying and resolving any problems that arise on-site
• Compliance with safety, sustainability, and environmental guidelines
