Client Service Manager Requirements:
- Transfer Agency/Financial Services experience preferred.
- Previous client interaction is advantageous.

Your Responsibilities:
- Escalation points for unresolved issues in the India TA Dealing team.
- Collaborating with dealing team members to meet reporting deadlines and SLAs.
- Handling day-to-day client reporting, including prediction reports, cash reports, and register reports.
- Managing and analysing workflow queues.
- Taking ownership of TA Dealing team activity for assigned clients.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all agreed-upon deliverables.
- Keeping procedures and checklists up to date.
- Conducting data protection checks and ensuring external communication aligns with TA policies.
- Maintaining close working relationships with other TA functional areas.
- Collaborating with the team, internal departments, and group projects on allocated projects.
- Timely response to client and investor queries.
