Commercial Account Executive

Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a New Business Commercial Account Executive to join one of Irelands leading international insurance brokers. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and negotiation skills and can work on their own initiative.

• Identify and develop markets in construction, leisure, and SME sectors.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service as a leading commercial broker.
• Meeting KPI’s and pipeline prospecting.
• Ensure that all processes meet a high standard of quality, while adhering to the company’s work practices.
• Adhere to the compliance and safety policies.
• Represent the company while attending networking events in the locality.
• CIP qualified (or currently pursuing)
• Extensive knowledge of the commercial insurance market
• Excellent IT skills
• Knowledge of the Applied system (advantageous)
• Full clean driving license
