Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Commercial Team Lead and will involve:
- Executing deals adhering to tight deadlines
- Seeking to maximizing value for the business – optimising profitability, revenue and market share
- Understanding key deal economic drivers and negotiation levers
- Drafting and reviewing commercial proposals and contracts
- Carrying out analysis of contractual terms in respect of internal and external queries
- Understanding deal concessions and how they can impact contracts
- Assisting with integration of newly acquired companies
- Detailed preparation of analytical reports
- Dealing directly and indirectly with customers and senior company management
- Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management
