The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing customer pricing simulations and conducting financial analyses
• Drafting and reviewing commercial proposals and contracts
• Engaging directly with customers and senior management
• Reviewing and negotiating software licensing agreements and other legal documents
• Addressing internal and external contractual queries
• Assisting with due diligence efforts
• Manage commercial and legal relationships with customers
