Hartmann Young has partnered with revolutionary medical diagnostics company specialising in point-of-care solutions for blood coagulation. The company has their innovative product already on the market in EU, and they would like to expand their presence in which will prepare them for a launch in the US by the end of 2023.
As a Commercial Director of Europe, you will be responsible for Business Management & Sales performance of all business units for Europe. You will also play a critical role in driving the expansion into the EU market within the diagnostics point-of-care space and leverage your existing network within hospitals and clinics to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians and KOL's.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing sales initiatives to achieve business goals, encompassing expansion through both new and existing distributors.
- Formulating, evaluating, nurturing, and overseeing strategic collaborations with essential clientele and distributors.
- Proactively overseeing the CRM deal pipeline to steer upcoming business and project future sales projections.
- Contributing to the acquisition and evaluation of relevant market data and insights to support the exploration of new product opportunities.
- Heading the creation of sales strategies and on-ground endeavours to endorse and vend complete product arrays. This includes participation in trade shows, presentations to stakeholders, and effective management of the A&P budget.
- Collaborating with other fundamental departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory to effectively oversee products and fulfil in-market requirements.
Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience overseeing regional performance across various product categories.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline minimum.
- Previous involvement in sales of diagnostic or medical devices.
- Familiarity with internal procedures concerning customer and distributor interactions to enhance optimization for each.
- Evidence of adept selling abilities within a technology-driven context.
- Established track record of effectively managing distributors to optimize sales achievements.
