Our exclusive client is a thriving signage design and manufacturing company with ambitious growth plans. This senior commercial role offers an incredible opportunity, including profit share and equity options.

As our client establishes three distinct business units, they're searching for an experienced leader to drive the development and expansion of their signage business. This unit encompasses design, project management, manufacturing, and installation of large-scale signage projects, predominantly in Healthcare, Education, Public Sector, and Large Scale Residential sectors.

As the Commercial Director, you'll enjoy autonomy in hiring, finance, sales, marketing, production, and project management. We're seeking an ideal candidate who possesses extensive experience in the signage/architecture/construction industry, complemented by sales/business development expertise. Alternatively, we welcome seasoned designers with strong commercial experience who are eager to upskill in the signage world.

With an ambitious growth plan in place, our client needs someone who can surpass the goals of their strategy. Your responsibilities will include P&L responsibility, staffing, business development, executing growth plans, production oversight, and project management.
