As a medium-sized company (20 employees) with a proud tradition of Swiss-made craftsmanship, our client is looking for a results-oriented leader to strengthen their market position and deliver sustainable value.
Your Responsibilities
- Take a hands-on approach to developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy with a focus on creating value and accelerating growth.
- Build and nurture relationships by actively visiting distributors and final customers to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand key markets across Europe – Benelux, Nordics, Italy, and more.
- Oversee and optimize distributor relationships to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
- Ensure commercial strategies are aligned with profitable growth objectives and contribute to P&L performance.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., production, R&D) to align commercial goals with operational capabilities.
- Leverage your dental or medical device experience to position the company as a trusted partner within the industry.
Your Profile
- A strong background in the dental industry, ideally with expertise in dentistry and distributor management.
- Experience in an SME environment. The client is not a corporation.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering on P&L objectives.
- A self-motivated, execution-focused professional with a passion for delivering results.
- Willingness to spend significant time engaging with customers and traveling across Europe.
- Experience in an SME environment is highly beneficial.
- Ideally based in Germany, Nordics, or Benelux, with access to a major airport for efficient travel.
- Business fluency in German and English; additional languages aligning with key markets are a plus.
