  • ACA Accounting qualification, ideally practice trained with 10 years of post-qualification experience delivering financial reporting in a fast-paced high-volume environment;
  • Good analytical skills providing insights and commentary to the business owners;

  • Excellent drive, enthusiasm and commitment focused on quality of output
  • Strong technical knowledge of business finance

  • Strong IT skills, advanced excel and large ERP system experience preferable; dealing with large volumes of data essential;

  • Proactively provide commercial insights to the CFO, COO and Business Owners for effective decision making
  • Responsibility for delivery of Strategic plans into Operational execution.
  • Responsibility for financial support & driving key strategic in year & multi-year projects
  • Partnering with Business project leads, and leading & driving projects as required
  • Responsibilities would include activities such as Project setup, scoping, analysis, design, execution on Finance and Operations projects
  • Other responsibilities would include activities such as analysis, insights & advice, managing & driving execution, and delivering through the wider Finance Team for Business led projects
  • Proactively advise business on areas to improve performance
  • Champion continuous improvement of finance processes and systems providing support to ongoing and future projects as required;
  • Provide decision making and ad-hoc support for the CFO and senior management
