Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our client Pest Control sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a regional sales team, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a regional sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives. Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team and monitor progress regularly.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the pest control industry.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and sales performance to ensure alignment with budgetary targets and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Experience/Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in service supply sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Driver’s License.
