Community Manager

We're looking for a full time Community Manager to join our ever growing team in Dublin. The ideal person will have a positive can-do attitude, be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. As someone who is unwavering in their pursuit of helping others and improving the employee experience, you'll use your exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to help us build an even better workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Ensures office space, which includes meeting rooms, kitchen and common areas are maintained to the highest quality standard
  • Manage the day to day running of the studio, including but not limited to deliveries, kitchen stock, office supplies, etc.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of celebrations and company events
  • Negotiate and manage POs and contracts with our vendors.
  • Coordinating and ordering mobile phones & laptops
  • Create a positive new hire experience by coordinating employee onboarding, facilitating induction and serving as the point of contact to new hires during the onboarding process.
     

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, high growth company
  • Proficient in Google applications and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proven ability to build relationships and bring enthusiasm to all levels of the organization
  • Needs to be highly organized and have the ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative to collaborate with team members
  • A self-starter but can also operate as a team player where required
