Compliance Analyst

Description:

Based in Dublin, our client is a leading vend in on demand financial management and human capital management software. They require a HR Compliance Analyst, with 5+ years experience to join them until September 2024.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days expected to be onsite in their Dublin office.
HR Compliance Analyst
Job Duties:

• Manage HR compliance related projects including delivering gender pay gap and other required wkfce repting in EMEA, APJ, and the Americas.
• Independently translate legal obligations into compliant deliverables
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders
• Draft and follow written standard operating procedures on compliance repting

Skills Required:
Demonstrated ability to manipulate wkfce data and repts using Excel/Google Sheets (preferably in Wkday)

• Detail and task iented, highly ganized
• Strong analytical and communication skills to codinate across stakeholders
• Preferred experience in UK Ireland gender pay gap repting, US EEO-1/VETS repting but willing train if strong wkfce repting background.
